Ground transportation

Yes sure we offer ground transportation to our clients if they made a reservation with us.
We work with reputable transportation company in Cancun. We only offer private transfers, not shared. Once you make the reservation of the boat, let us know, if you want to add ground transportation to your boat and Catamaran reservation. Let us know where you will be staying in, so we can give you the cost for transportation. We charge for a van, not per person. The price of the transportation depends on the distance from the hotel to the port of departure.Normally we do out transfers on the vans: Mercedes Sprinters or Wolkswagen Transporter with max capacity 19 and 13 people.Also as an option you can use public transportation in Cancun to get to the marina; Uber, Taxi from the hotel.

BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY OF THE GROUND TRANSPORTATION

You can add ground transportation to your yacht reservation any time, if we have availability of the vans. Normally we ask to add the transportation not later than 3 days before the departure date.
You don't need to make prepayment for the transportation. You pay for the transportation when you will be brought to the marina.
If you made the reservation of the transportation and cancelled at the last minute, we will ask you for 50% penalty of the cost of the transportation.
You can cancel your transportation without any penalty any time, but not later than 24 hours before the pick up time.

OPTION #1. YACHT DECORATION WITH BALLOONS IN CANCUN

We recommend such kind of decoration for the Catamaran- 35ft 40ft; 44ft; 46ft; 50ft; 55ft

Decoration option #1: 220 USD

If you want to add additional decorations, such as: numbers, letters of the name, heart balloon, ring balloon etc, it has additional cost (35 USD for every additional sign)

OPTION #2. DECORATION OF A YACHT WITH A BALLOON GARLAND IN CANCUN

We recommend such kind of decoration for flybridge yachts. Normally we do the length of the balloon garland is 2m 20 cm. If you need a bigger balloon garland in case if you made the reservation of yacht bigger than 55ft, then the price of the decoration will be higher.

If you are not a big fan of a decoration, but still want to impress your soulmate with a small surprise, this is the correct option!

We offer you some options to get rid of all the hassle of alcohol purchasing and delivery of heavy boxes of alcohol.Enjoy your life time experience on board our private yacht charters in Cancun with everything set up upon your departure.

TO ADD NATIONAL OPEN BAR FOR 1 - 10 PEOPLE:

400 USD for 4 hours rent (additional person 40 USD)
500 USD for 6 hours rent (additional person 50 USD)

Alcohol purchasing for our clients for the private Catamaran in Cancun
If you are going to book an Non All-Inclusive yacht charter in Cancun, but you would like to add more alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages to your reservation, we are here to serve you. We offer you some options to get rid of all the hassle of alcohol purchasing and delivery of heavy boxes of alcohol.Enjoy your life time experience on board our private yacht charters in Cancun with everything set up upon your departure.If you are very selective and particular about the brands of alcohol to drinks, then we can purchase the alcohol for you according to your requirements. Provide us with the list of alcohol you require, including the specific brands and quantities of bottles. Upon receiving your list, we will share images of the prices from the store. Once you confirm the prices, we will proceed to purchase the exact quantities of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as per your specifications. We charge 15% purchasing fee from the bill, but min 50 USD
Everything purchased will be delivered to the yacht in Cancun upon the departure time.

PAYMENT POLICY

If you decide to add alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages to your boat reservation in Cancun, we will ask 40 - 60% prepayment for drinks purchasing 3 - 5 days before the departure date. The remaining balance should be paid in cash to the boat operator at the departure time. Prepayment for alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages is not refundable, if the client decides to cancel the service/ yacht reservation by any reasons of his own.

CANCELLATION POLICY

You will get full refund for drinks purchasing, if the port is closed by Maritima of Mexico and it is not allowed to navigate in the Sea or if your Catamaran charter in cancelled by WorldWide Yacht Rentals LLC
